Annual General Meeting
UIE's 45th Annual General Meeting took place on 20 May 2026 at Blue Harbour Business Centre, Level 1, Ta' Xbiex Yacht Marina, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1027, Malta.
UIE also held an informal shareholders' meeting on 20 May 2026 as an online event, with presentations by Ulrik Juul Østergaard, Managing Director of UIE, and Carl Bek-Nielsen, Chairman of UIE.

In accordance with UIE’s Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall consist of no fewer than five and no more than twelve members elected by the General Meeting for a term of one year.

Overview of dividend
Dividends are proposed by the Board of Directors and approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. In determining dividend distributions, the Board takes into account the Group’s financial position.
