Remuneration
Aligning the remuneration of the Board and Management with the long-term interests of our shareholders.
Remuneration policy
At UIE we work to align the remuneration of the Board of Directors and Management with the long-term interests of our shareholders. The remuneration of the Board of Directors and Management in 2025 is fully in line with our remuneration policy.
The object of the remuneration policy is to ensure that the remuneration level is kept at a reasonable level relative to the achieved results and the particular situation of the company, and to provide the Board of Directors with a competitive financial package. The composition and level of remuneration are reviewed regularly against external benchmarks.
